The hydraulic system includes a main hydraulic system and a steering hydraulic system that share a hydraulic oil tank.
1. Main hydraulic system
The main hydraulic system provides hydraulic power during equipment adjustment and drilling operations, consisting of various valves to control the operation of various hydraulic equipment and ensure safe operation.
2. Steering hydraulic system.
The steering hydraulic system provides hydraulic power for the hydraulic power steering of the front axle of the vehicle. It is composed of multiple valves to regulate the pressure, flow rate, and large flow rate of the hydraulic system, ensuring that the vehicle rotates lightly, flexibly, and safely and reliably.

The main hydraulic system consists of the following components:
1) Hydraulic water tank: storage, cooling, settling, and filtration of hydraulic oil. The installation of the fuel tank is as follows:
Artificial cover plate, installed on the top of the oil tank, with two installed, including hydraulic air filters installed on the inspection hole cover in the return area of the oil tank.
Hydraulic air filter, oil tank circulating air filter, and oil filter when refueling the oil tank.
Water supply system, 2 installed at the front of the fuel tank, 2 high and low water supply systems, high water supply system, displaying the oil level after landing. The low-level meter displays the oil surface after being erected.
An oil temperature gauge is installed at the front end of the fuel tank to measure the oil temperature. The normal operating oil temperature is 30-70. There are two main return ports, which are installed on the bottom plate of the fuel tank and equipped with one-way valves. The main return pipeline and overflow valve return ports are connected to one-way valves, which automatically close when repairing hydraulic pipelines to prevent oil loss in the tank.
2) Hydraulic oil pump: single gear structure, two units, each installed on two hydraulic transmissions, driven by the pump wheel of the hydraulic torque converter, the engine rotates, and the pump can be driven by the power box. The power oil pump tank is composed of a hydraulic clutch. When hydraulic action is required, the "hydraulic pump clutch" handle of the driller's control box can be operated to achieve the "oil pump I close" position, oil pump I close, and output working pressure oil; The handle is located in the "oil pump II closed" position, and the oil pump II is closed to output the working pressure oil. The handle is in the center, and both oil pumps have disengaged to stop rotating.
3) Overflow valve: Pilot operated structure, two sets, each installed on the air outlet port of the main hydraulic pump. Adjust system pressure to prevent system overload and protect system and component safety.
