In response to some common characteristics and usage requirements of modern mechanical equipment, some hydraulic manufacturers have also provided users with a universal hydraulic device in recent years. This universal hydraulic device typically integrates most control components with hydraulic pumps and their drive motors, oil tanks, etc. This is the so-called hydraulic multifunctional hydraulic workstation. This type of hydraulic device is usually a portable structure with relatively small volume and weight, and is typically produced specifically by hydraulic factories.

The hydraulic pump and its driving motor, cylinder and its accessories, hydraulic control device and other auxiliary components of the composite hydraulic station are set outside the system, and the system execution mechanism is set outside the system. The composite hydraulic workstation not only provides hydraulic power to the actuator, but also has control and adjustment functions. According to whether the hydraulic control device is installed on the hydraulic pump, this type of hydraulic station can be further divided into integral hydraulic station and separated hydraulic station. The hydraulic station is integral, and all hydraulic control devices, accumulators, etc. are installed on the hydraulic pump. According to the principle of hydraulic system, several parts such as the separated hydraulic pump station, hydraulic valve station, and accumulator station were connected through pipelines to determine the oil circuit relationship between each part.
According to the scale of hydraulic stations, they can be divided into three categories:
Small single model hydraulic stations are generally power or composite integral hydraulic stations.
Medium sized unit type hydraulic stations often adopt a separated composite structure.
The central hydraulic station is a large hydraulic station, and the elevated hydraulic station can achieve centralized management of the hydraulic system.
