Check the oil temperature before driving. When the oil temperature is below 10 ℃, the system can be warmed up during no-load operation. If the room temperature is below 0 ℃ and the hydraulic oil condenses, heating measures should be taken before starting. Under certain conditions, hydraulic oils with different viscosities can be used in summer and winter.
During the working process, the hydraulic system should always pay attention to the height and temperature rise of its oil level. Generally, the working temperature of oil is more suitable at 35 ℃~60 ℃. Hydraulic oil should be regularly checked and replaced to maintain its cleanliness. For new equipment put into use, the fuel tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil after approximately one month of use. In the future, depending on the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, cleaning and oil change will be carried out every year or at the intervals required by the preparation instructions.
During use, the hydraulic system should effectively pay attention to the working condition of the filter, regularly clean or replace the filter element, and prevent impurities from entering the oil tank. If the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be sealed as required
